hacks and cheats on Teon

hi all.
i have been playing on The Kamael server on Teon.
i see loads of bots and ppl who have +16 weaps. is there any hack/bot/guides to do this ? i am new to this forum so if someone could inform me or has any suggestions on this server please let me know.
