If you want to get a house and dont want to lose money for it then here is a scam you can use. (Need quite alot of gold depending on the person selling it) When they open the trade for the house and you see the deed thing put in the checks in there and dont accept the trade! Wait a few seconds and close out of the trade and say some thing like this " I got disconnected resend the trade " So they resend it and now when you see the deed put in a check that is not the right amount less like what ever the lowest check can be made. (make the checks befor time) and usaully they check the amount the first time and so they know your going to send the amount again so they some times wont check the second time so you trade off the checks that were less than suppose to. You got yourself a house for almost free!

Nay - even if I were a scammer, there is no way this would work. Everybody is already too wary of scams like this.
