Ive found a bugg that works on a few freeshards .

While in transfer of a house , demolish the house and cancel the trade
and the house transfer deed will drop in your backpack but cannot be picked up.

Ive found no use for the deed.

When it drops in the bag it gets static , but somehow ( i cant remember how i did it) i made it moveable. Couldnt trade it tho
