This is the same bot I've already noted. It's untranslated and no one knows if it's safe yet. Check the macro forum if you want to help out.

is it just me? why would a macro come as a .exe?

Becuase its more a full blown bot than a macro....
This is a korean program thats been around for awhile,
but I think it was deterimined that this is a support bot that casts buffs and heals and thats it....
Most complex bots are written in a language as opposed to a macro tool, sirus and I would probably be coding in c+/c# but xunleashed has good directx manipulation abilities.
