Guide to Powerleveling someone

This also works for helping someone work off karma.
The way chill flame works, the Orc Mage using it has to do 100% of the damage to a monster, or he gets no exp. If you have or know someone with a relatively high level Orc Mage, this will work well.
Make sure that the Orc Mage is not partied with the person(s) being powerleveled.
Player with Orc Mage: Find a powerful monster that you can solo. Preferably it should be one close to your level, as chill flame fails to work more often against higher level monsters. Use chill flame to bring this monster down to nearly 1 hp.
Player being leveled (or whitened): Finish off the weak monster and enjoy full XP/SP.
I have tested this and it works. My level 12 friend was gaining something like 6% from each lirein. The only problem with this is that the Orc Mage doesn't gain anything from doing this (other than respect).
