100% enchating is free..
In order to 100% fully enchant, the server must crash.
After it crashes simply try to log on as fast as you possibly can, now if u logged in before the npc are in, then 100% encahting is enabalded.
So always try to have a weapon and enchant scrolls in your inventory.

Can premium members say yay or nay to this being moved to a confirmed section.

never tryed this but i will one the NPC are not loaded up yet. sometimes our NPCs are loaded later, but that is for monsters, dont know if its also for shops. does that matter?

There are SO many of this exact submission running around on every forum known to man! This has never worked, it will never work! You will lose your items and be very mad.

just going to lock this because i have seen a few forms of the exact same thing.
