prem acct request (buying isk and not getting caught)

I have kinda an exploit hope it helps:
So in eve you cant buy isk from isk selling sites right? wrong. First of all the way ccp cathes peeps is when someone donates money without prior engagements/convorsations a red flag goes off in the database which any eve GM can read. They then take action depending on what their feelings are on buying isk. But there are two ways to evade this:
1. Communicate with whom will issue the transfer that u need them to make a fake loan contract to fake as if this isk giveaway is emrely a contracted loan. CCP simply has no way of telling the difference.
2. CCP actuall allows this! You can buy an eve time code at Register to unlock hidden link and sell it! Most isk sites charge 15 or 19 dollars (US) for 100 mil. But spend that on a timecode and sell it for 150 mil or so in the eve forums and you're good to go!
Im poor and can barely manage the money for eve as it is so it would rlly help out for a prem acct cus I dun have the $$$ tp get one! Thx for reading.
