Google "speedgear" and download it, its a common windows tool to boost the speed of windows by making windows think your processor is faster than it really is (doesn't really overclock, so no overheating issues).
set the speed (i generally use x 1.510 to = about caster speed.) and there you go.
Don't let anyone see you do it more than once, and dont go so high that you will be faster than a mins/bard/skald running with sprint, and you will be fine.
