In PoC not far from the entrance on all realms, there is a wall that looks like stairs. You can pull mobs, hop all the way up those stairs and cast your pbae without getting touched. The damage on the pbaoe is reduced a little but you still hit them without getting hurt . I did this with my eld who was only specced 20 mana and leveled my arties in less then an hour.
