For Premium, a cursed tomb exploit

Here I am again, back at my exploiting.
Simple grasp of this concept, lag jump up onto the wall some by holding down jump button (spacebar for me) and alt tabbing back and forth into the game while you're on autorun up the corner of this spike.
This is in Cursed Tomb, lvl 15-24 instance. I solo'd this entire room at once at lvl 24 using this exploit on a warlock. Can be done on anything with pbae, maybe gtaoe but it'd take forever
Here's some screenshots, my other posts were stolen and posted on other sites, so I have mine labeled for proof.
Notice the screenshot spam in the first picture (and the npcs trying to hit me), then imagine the slow casting time at which it takes warlocks to cast before damage is done... I would have been hit by now if this exploit didn't work.
