As far as i Know this works when upgrading from Omens of War with the EverQuest Aniversary edition. once in the game you may claim all your rewards ecept for the option that allows you to claim multiple rewards at once. Once all rewards but the multiple reward are claimed you may claim that reward and get double of everything.
