Beating the "Fishing Code "

Fish in the same Area as long as you want without any effects on the bite rate.
-Open the FFXI Folder on your HD : Square Enix -> Final Fantasy Xi
-There is a Folder named "Temp" with 19 temp files.
-Delete the text data in all 19 temp files and save the files as "Read Only".
THis way FFXI cannot track your actions and you can fish all day long without zoning once.
Give it a try ... and have fun ^^

anyone try this yet? i haven't, been fishing for rusty caps. if this does work this the BEST exploit this ffxi forums has >.> and is worth a membership.

ya someone try it out and respond...i'm too much of a pus** to try it...afraid i will damage the files and not be able to play ffxi ever again and then i will have to deal with real life and then i will probably die of boredom.

Just make a copy of your original files.
Dont be scared to test this ..... even deleting the temp files does not affect FFXI.

So this basically means you can stay logged in indefinitely? Haven't tried it (not on the fishing track... yet...), but I think it's worth a membership if this works.

i mean yes you can make it where it doesnt log but...you still get hit by the anti bot code...
