Ok, this is my guide on camping NM's.
===============================================
Requirements.
1. FFXI English Version of the Model Viewer
===============================================
Player Setup.
You can either setup a Provoke macro such as “/targetnpc” and “/ja “Provoke” <t>
Or you can keep your cursor over the job ability of Provoke, or whatever you use, and spam the enter button until the NM pops.
===============================================
Prepairing the removal of files
After obtaining the model viewer and installing it to where ever you wish, you must first create a directory (anywhere you wish) for the backup of all the dat files you wish to remove. And in that directory create a sub directory “Rom1” and “Rom2” those will be the places in which you will put the files you cut and paste to.
===============================================
How to use the Model Viewer.
This section I will teach you how to use the Model Viewer to see all the mobs you wish to remove from the game. *Note* You cannot remove the .dat files using the Model Viewer, you must go into the Final Fantasy directory itself. *End Note* Also Please make sure you are logged out of the game, not necessarily POL but the game will suffice. First let me show you a few things you will need to know in order to work it. First look at the top right part of the loaded Model viewer screen and you will see where it says "NPC" and "PC" make sure this is clicked on NPC. Directly below that you will see a drop down menu, this will show you all of the Mobs in the game. Above that you see a section where it says ID this will show all of the monsters that’s Unique to themselves. EX. If you click on Yagudo and scroll up and down on the ID you will see all the different types of Yagudo.) Now let me explain the Numbering system the Model Viewer uses, look to the right of where it says ID and you will see numbers such as
1-28-8.dat now how that works is 1 = Rom 1, 28 = the 28th folder that’s in the Rom 1 directory and 8 = the number of the dat file. I believe this concludes this section of my guide.

How to setup to camp a NM
Ok now that your all setup let’s find a NM to camp. I’m going to use Hoo Mjuu the Torrent as an example. You will need to load the Model Viewer that I have been talking about. Make sure its clicked on NPC and click on the Drop Down Menu and find where it says Yagudo. After that you will need to see each Yagudo dat file and find the model in which you think is the Torrents model and delete the rest. I will go ahead and give you all the models you need to remove from the game in order to camp Hoo Mjuu the Torrent. (I cannot stress this enough, please do not delete the .dat files just remove them and place them individually in the Backupfolder I told you to setup.) Here are the files, 1-9-40 / 1-9-41 / 1-9-42 / 1-9-70 / 1-9-43 / 1-9-51 / 1-9-52 / 1-9-53 / 1-6-71 / 1-6-72 / 1-6-82 / 1-6-83 / 1-6-84 / 1-6-85 / 1-6-89 / That takes care of all of the Yagudos in the area, now time to remove the Bees and the Elementals. Here are the .dat files for them, 1-5-73 / 1-5-74 / 1-4-112. That takes care of everything all you need to do is go to that area where Hoo Mjuu the Torrent spawns and sit there w/ a macro of your choice and spam it. Also this tactic will work for ANY NM that you wish to camp just use the Model Viewer to find what the Mob .dat files are and simply remove them. If I have made any mistakes please inform me. Thank you
