English MrArgus -> [SrArgus] Senor Argus!!

I just finished this program, as I can't speak random japanese-like characters.
Its ready to go! All you have to do is run NPC, find the ID, and plug it into SrArgus, and it instantly shows your mob, its pointer and begins scanning.
I didn't get a chance to test if it claimed properly, but put in the standard old
/targetnpc
/ja "whatever" <t>
in alt-0 and you're gold.
