JP Program Loader! [fixes initcode problem]

I threw this together for those who are annoyed with the INITCODE switch that is occurring.
This program will launch your JP programs that use INITCODE, such as MrArgus, and automatically update the INI file with the correct offset.
It works by finding the first four bytes of the start of INITCODE, which are currently unique to it and converting it to an offset. If need be, you can change it from the UI. Unless INITCODE actually changes, this SHOULD work on future versions of FFXi.
Its helpful for those who anyone who actively uses MrArgus and friends.
Instructions:
-Place JP Loader inside your MrArgus directory (must have ini and exe in it)
-Open JP Loader
-Configure the program and initcode value if need be, and hit Launch
-It will do a bunch of fun stuff, and hopefully succeed.
-After that it will launch the program you chose, and close after 5 seconds.
If it doesn't work, oh well, it hasn't been tested.
