BLU 0 waiting time after setting the blue magic list

Being a BLU , when you equip or unequip blue magic, you got to wait for a period of time before you can really use the newly set blue magic.
Here's the way to have 0 waiting time
Zone
Just go to the next zone
your blue magic is now ready to use
It's useful and easy
