First u need 5 blms and a SMN with warp hack then you go warp to the entrance of the Fight have the SMN summon an Avitar (Fenrir is best for HIGH VIT and STR) then after the avitar has hate have the BLMS start casting when the "NM" goes after one of the BLMS that BLM will warp to the other side of the room while the other 4 blms cast like crazy every time the monster aka "NM" goes after one of the blms the blm warps its a slow process but works great in short ill note the steps below ^^

1: Warp to the Fight arena
2: SMN, Calls an Avi
3: wait till AVI has hate
4: Nuke like hell
5: Warp when the "NM" comes after you
6: Have Fun and dont die :p

PS: hanging in the air the monster will come after you ive tryed this from personal experiance's
