Permanant Level Sync

I run 3 accounts, I am currently leveling a Galka Bst up to 50 and I am planning to not break the level cap. Could I potentially stay at Altepa and do FOV or live in Quick Sand Caves at 50? I was thinking of doing this to 50 however 55 may be just as good and live at Colibris however I am running a party with 2 bst a pl and whatever fill in class I want. Tell me what you think I would like some input on this.
