where do u get cursed upgrade scrolls?

where do u get cursed upgrade scrolls ive looked everywhere and tried killing everything in moradon like it said to look.
you cant get cursed upgrade scrolls anymore, they took them out of the game
they replaced them with HUS - high class upgrade scrolls (you know, those scrolls you sell for 40k)
