PLZ HELP ME

hey can some one plz help me i am very new to this and i have know idea what to do can some one plz give me a walk through on this i spent 25 dollars on nothin so far gettin pretty upset i would love it if some told me what to do all i am really worried about is auto lot plz help thanks
