They're points you get for leveling up lower levels in your party.

I'm not really sure what they are for, but here is a detailed way to get them:
Once you have a lvl 30 character, and your chicken disappears, you can help other chickens and get manner points for them.
1point for lvl 10-20
2points for lvl 21-30

Manner Pts Increase how much EXP you get per monster, which is why leveling chickens (noobs) is very helpful.
I have 23 MP and I get about 1K more EXP per kill

That used to be the case but now there is no noob chicken quest so currently manner points dont do anything, at least no one has found out what they are for.

if you lvl some one you get manner points ,manner points are hard to get in fire drake because chicken help ended ,try to get low levels in your clan and level them so you get manner points

Do you get manner points for EVERYONE that is a lower level than you?
Also, do the points increase your earned xp that much?

you get manner points only from the chickens!
(in fire drake that preety hard to find chicken)!
but ges what guys?
i have 629manner points beacaus i like helping people to lvling:)

some rumours said that manner point can increase the rate for dropping items, but i didn't quite sure about it
