Warnings about KOXP

over 300 people were banned using koxp in the passed couple weeks. BE WARNED:
- running and shooting doesnt look obvious to you but it is to everyone else
- a mac can be stopped by some1 trading with you so disable trades
- don't mac something then sell 9,999 silver feathers, its kind of obvious
- Auto loot doesnt work with AOE attacks
