Because of the immense amount of balance changes & the number of new features, it's extremely likely that Issue 3 will not go live until after Jan. 1st.
We really, really, really want a smooth launch. And the best way to get that is to ensure that is to keep hammering at Issue 3 until it's solid. I know many of you keep speculating (daily it seems) on the "imminent" release of this expansion, so I wanted at least give a general timeframe to prevent undue frustration.
