We will be launching an update to the PlayNC billing and account management website on Thursday, Dec 16, at 9:30AM.
This update is expected to take about an hour, though it might take as long as an hour and a half. During this time you may experience delays in account activation. The website will remain available during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience."
