Sorry im a newcomer to this game but i was wondering what is powerleveling and how is it performed?

Actually that doesnt help much anymore. Powerlevling is best when you are about 3-6 lvls below someone else. Join their team then dont sk. Just let them beat and help once in a while! you get more xp this way. Sking just brings you up to this level and you get normal xp. End xp depends on their level but its still relevant to your level.
