I have been with CoH since it's release. I can remember the nostalgia of beating villains to death, seeing the many Wolverines and Hulks running around, Those were some fun times. The constant updates and server maintenance makes it all the more appealing. When CoV came out I was introduced to the good ol classic simplicity of CoH with an even higher "fun factor" thrown in. Both games are great in themselves and they both compliment eachother very nicely. In a nutshell I guess CoV is indeed (in my personal opinion) well worth the money.
This is not a biased fanboy view either, I am an mmo whore but I decide what mmo's are worth my time, CoV being one of them.

Personally I think it is great I mean any game that lets you play the bad guy usally gets a big thumbs up from me anyways. After all being the bad guy is not a giantly explored gamply concept. I mean I think there has been all but a handful or so of games that let you be the bad guy. So as far as I am concerned it is worth it and the price is 14.95 a month to do by credit card and if you have COH and want to get COV dont fear together they will still just cost 14.95 a month. Anyways thats just my thoughts.

It's a pretty good game, not the best game ever though.
