What is the O-Farm?

Heard about it on the forums, anyone know what it is? also know as the RWZ/Ouroboros farm, clicky farm
I think it may have something to do with the post at City of Heroes / Villains ยป COV / COH Submissions, titled Easy Powerleveling Post-35. At least by your query, and reading that post, they seem to both fit the description.
