Another Submission, Coh test server

To play on the test server for CoH you need to make a shorcut for the cohupdater.exe. Once you made a shortcut you need to right click it, and go to properties, then at the end of the target line, type -test. Heres a example, "D:\Program Files\City of Heroes\CohUpdater.exe" -test
