What is damage farming - Its exactly what it sounds like you farm damage taken to get badges.

Why - well if your a badge whore or want all the accolades (see accolades guide) then you will need these badges

How - Get mission and don't complete it, leave it till you level out of it, 1 level past is fine, then before your ready to quit playing for the night enter the mission, find a enemy and aggro him, run back a few paces and make sure he is alone, use a purple inspiration (luck) and then click rest, if all goes well you should be able to enter in it a rest state before he hits you, if not do it again. once at rest you will take more damage then normalbut you will heal damage faster, make sure you can heal the damage taken fully before he hits you again. once everything is woking right go to bed. let it run till you are ready to play again. The server will no log you off if you are in a mission.

Have three healers with heal others on spam, plant another toon in center of mob go to bed. I have 4 accounts and this works very well. You have to experiment with what defenses to leave turned on, but a little practice and you can earn the held, slept, etc badges as well.

I give this a yay because there are those folks that want every last badge.
