It is extremely helpful in designing your next, or even redesigning your current toon. Only requirements is the .NET Framework. For some, this may be a tedious activation and updadting from Microsoft's website, since the .NET Framework comes with the OS. Oh, and lest I forget, this is for Windows users.

The program constantly looks for updates on loading so the database is always in synch with all the new free Issues.

Plus you can share your toon build with other users with a handy Export function for pasting in Forums that has two ways of exporting the data (Short Forum, and Long Forum) in various methods (No Codes, Official Forums (UBB.threads), HTML, LiveJournal, phpBB, Universal Codes, and AkBBS). The code at the bottom of the pastes can be copied and pasted directly into Mid's Hero Designer revealing the shared character build.

It's a cool must-have app for building the desired character in CoH or CoV.
