i have an ATI card.. and i use Xtacy right now.. when i installed this Catalyst it gives me two errors and doesnt run

Now I find out!!! lol
Now it just gives me an error and exits(i messed around with it )

Just get the latest release from guru3d.com, most of those drivers are beta.
