This is just a simple post for user's to decied what is better Final Fantasy XI or World of Warcraft?
Myself playing both of the games FFXI on PC and PS2 and WoW on PC have mastered both games, in FFXI 75 Thf 75 Rng 75 Blm 75 whm 60 Nin and all subjobs 40, 100 Goldsmtihing and Hundreds of Millions of Gil's, in WoW i started as a Druid becoming a 60 Druid and all quests complete with Lots and Lots of Gold i don't remember my last count becuase i switched over to FFXI, but when all said and done which of these MMORPG's is BEST, which one is more breath taking and exciting?

Currently WoW is the most popular MMORPG, it has 1million more players than GW and FFXI combined.

So does popularity plays a roll in how good a game is no :S

But wow is probaly the ebst game so far... Good balanced system with the upcoming 1.9 patch, nice gfx and good quest systems

I think they are different types of MMOs and each have their strengths and weaknesses, FFXI is more focused on group play while WoW is better for someone who likes to go solo.

oh and i played ffxi until i hit about 65 and really havent played WoW, i do doubt what he's saying but for right now i would have to go with WoW because the economies in FFXI absolutely suck as of now.

Id say World of Warcraft definatly, I played that game since beta and I had 4 level 60's. I have to admit, though, it does get old after your maxed level because PvP starts getting lame, but I cant say anything about the other game because I've personally never played that, but I think WoW is an excellent game if you dont get bored easily.

WoW is like MMO-lite in my opinion. I have never played though, but it seems all my friends that I know that play WoW, are the kind of people that always hated MMO, and RPG. Seems like it has more to offer the casual gamer, than the hardcore one.

lol rabid. yeah it was a nice bump. personally i say if you like a game that will take a lot of your time to do anything and you like partys go ffxi. if you like a simpler game where you can do stuff solo if you want go wow.
