These all give many results

Everything is legal to post... As long:
It isnt on your server or related to your site in any way.

If you post files on a public site that is against the law your doing un-legal busniss... How ever you can refer to one (as long you dont make it a active/clickable link) So put it between the code tag) And you can post a link to everything you want

as long its not on your server
