IP Banned

If i get IP banned from Counterstrike WoW Private server and so on so forth, is there a way to change my IP so i can rejoin these games with no problems?
Just wondering before i Do anything stupid

You could use a proxy server. googling it will turn up some useful links.

Ive gottin ip banned from so many things cause of hacks mostly i have a dynamic ip on a router and it is very easy to change my IP but the bad thing is it takes 10-15mins everytime i do so.. I've been banned from almost every single GTA-SA Multi-Player server out and i just come back in with a new IP and user to cause terror to people that play the game fair. I just find that in my sick mind very entertaining untill they start using cheats then i just change servers and leave them alone it aint as fun to cheat when everyone else is.
To change my IP all i do is.
GOTO
http://10.1.1.1 (my router ip)
Click Advanced, Then ATM VCC.
Next i change the IP info to UNCHANGED IP ( which !@#$%^&* my internet up )
Now when i change it back to normal the router gets confused and gives me a new IP
