Not Shadowlands account ( frooby )

Level 1 -> 5 : Nooby island ( you have no other choices anyway except backyards )
Level 5 -> 22 : Condamt subway ( in every major city )
Level 22 -> 60 : Temple of Tree winds ( oudside Greater Tir country )
Level 60 -> 110 : Cyborgs ( @ meetmedere - perpetual waistlands )
Level 110 -> 150 : PW Cyborgs ( @ Perpetual Waistlands )
Level 150 -> 200 : Missions ( everywhere where you roll them )

If you get bored you can always do some missions or just explore rubika, alot of dungeons there.

With Shadowlands

Aban

Level 1 -> 5 : Nooby island
Level 1 -> 3 : Jobe research ( if you made a shade - keeper )
Level 3 -> 10 : Mobs @ the start of aban ( slice your way up )
Level 10 -> 20 : Spiders just before the big wall ( watch out for the big spider ( it eats you ) )
Level 20 -> 30 : Criplers ( Acros the big ramp )
Level 30 -> 40 : Big flying mobs ( forgot name ) ( Close to heckler spots around aban )
Level 40 -> 80 : Aban Hecklers ( all across aban )

Elysium

Level 80 -> 110 : Mortigs ( add the beach )
Level 110 -> 155 : Ely Hecks ( all acros elysium )

Adonis

Level 155 -> 200 : Ado hecks ( all acros adonis )

Penumbra

Level 200 -> 205 : Pen mishes ( all acros penumbra )

Inferno

Level 205 -> 220 : Inf mishes ( all acros Inferno )

It is hard 2 give exact positions on alot of leveling spots in shadowlands. The best thing you can do is go looking fo team when you logon with the discriptions i gave here. For example :

Level 20 -> 30 : Criplers ( Acros the big ramp ) /lft criplers

And people wil invite you when they need you
