Hack into anothers webcam Live

How to "hack" webcams from all around the world, with one tool.
Go to google and search up
inurl:/view/index.shtml
Here you will find any webcam hooked up to the internet, your even able to control some of them!

This is Nice, imagine moving a camera in front of someone and they are like.. !@#$%
This is all able to happen beacuase.. Google doesnt search up Websites... it searches up URLs. Lol
