It's extremely customizable for what cards you can play and works fast. If you use it in Leth Nurae, where you only need 1 presence to parley anybody, you can go from 1-50 in a week of diplo'ing at night.

Works well for grinding faction too. I got 1000 faction in each of the 9 cities very easily, then got my Exemplar of All Telon item.

Since then I've been using it to get city faction coins, merchant contracts for repairing in the field, and crafting consumables.

I think they have a really nice one in the vangaurd section. I dont play but there is an area for one there.
