Buying some power leveling

Can anyone offer me any ammunt of power leveling for $20?

I have yet to see an effective way to power level. About the closest thing I have seen is a conjuror summoning a fire pet (Ignatious Adept - Adept 1+) and that will put a 12 hour mitigation buff (I think it is power and cold but I forget) that will stay when you drop group. Other then that buffs are group only and are removed when you drop group.
