These routes are wrong in some maps. For example - NF and EL. In NF you cant run from #1 to #2 by your route, there is rock that wont allow you to do so. And 4th check point (N'Marr) is in totally wrong place (well, that map sux too). In EL - evac is to docks, and your route states that evac is to quest NPC.
Looks that this route done by person that personally didnt run jboots HQ.

However second post has link with fully correct info about jboots.
