problems with licence key : EverQuest 2 General Discussions

I use unleashed on my laptop at work and my comp at home but a lot of the times it will say key in use if i switch between the comp or laptop

is this a bug or is there a way to fix this ?

xunleashed will only work with one computer at a time. if you want it to run on both computers you need two of them otherwise you just have to keep entering the key every time you switch

I think he actually means if you turn it off on one system and start it on another, try to verify and it says "key is in use"

Im having the same problem today.. sometimes i can switch no problem.. right now i been waiting 15 mins and still says my key in use although i dont have it running on any other system:(

personally i think the damned license should be per site. this isnt a friggin OS or office suite ffs....also, it would be nice if it would authenticate on launch and not try to stay perma connected to xun server. considering the amount of times as of late that the server has gone down and disrupted ALL clients it would be a nice change.

Actually the way he has it is very nice.. keeps people from using 2 copies at once... giving it to friends and such, which WOULD Happen.. hell i would give it to friends if it was that way:) As far as the problem with it saying license is in use.. just had to wait awhile til it was cleared again..
