I see people that have premium still posting in Submissions. Could a sticky be placed that they put it in the correct forums. I'm not trying to be nitpicky, it's just causing more work for you mods.

We are redoing it so there is an annoucement in the FAQ for all rules for submitting ect ect. Should help some more
