In an annoucement, Ryan "Blackguard" Shwayder writes on the SOE forums :
"Be sure to opt-in for the EverQuest II newsletter soon. In the next newsletter, scheduled to go out either this or next week, we reveal more information on our second expansion, player-versus-player combat, and upcoming changes to the newbie experience and cities of Freeport and Qeynos."
