help!! need the badge of the overlord!!

ok ...i have all ther requirements for the badge "knight of the overloard" which gives me the title of rishtar... i have the platnum the status but the button is grey ...whats going on?...one thing im curious about is my faction wth freeport is 40000 do i need full faction to get this?[/quote]
