bots?

hey guys ummmm im a real noob with these bots ive done everything i could to try to get these things to work but the bots dont show up on my screen at all..... how to i work them? can somone plz help me plz!!

like i said.... i dont kno how to work them at all whats an ini? how do i work that? and when i start the script nothing happens at all.....
