the freep broker is in antonica.. the one that lets you use the freep broker eventhough your qeynos...
btw im on a pvp server

from my experience the Q broker to buy Freep wares ranges from anywhere between Sir Jaeger's Camp to The Bramble Wood near the Steppes Griffon Station.

thanks.. i found him.. apparently you have to do the quest from the guy in qeynos harbor to spawn him
