Selling Plat vs Exchange Server

I've been waiting patiently for a year for the Exchange Servers to open to International Players, but a post has now been made saying that there are no plans to allow International Traders to buy or sell on the Exchange Servers.

This goes against many posts saying that the issues were "nearly resolved" and "in only a few weeks" we would be able to do so.

My question is, has anyone outside of the USA been able to "spoof" a USA address so they can sign up to sell on Station Exchange?

Alternatively, do you sell to 3rd party sites, and how do you avoid being banned if you do so?

Which sites are buying EQ2 plat? All the ones I seem to visit only want to but a few 100gp or are not buying "at this time".

I'm still waiting on a way to sell all the plat I made on SE, does anyone have a way to do it if you live outside the USA?

Why not just use a proxy?

I wonder how that would work. You also need a USA based address and a USA registered credit card, as payments (fees) are made from the CC and payments to you are made to Paypal.

This is basically what I am asking, has anyone successfully created a work around?
