Trying to get EQ2 radar to work.

Im usually pretty good at following FAQ directions, but this time i just at a loss.
I installed XUnleashed like the faq said, and I think i did the eq radar and the eq2 service along with it.
Im able to load eq2 from XUnleashed by hitting the play button, but the radar dosent display. I read in a post that you need to put your cursor to the bottom of the screen and a little menu should pop up (the way i understood it at least) I diddnt see anything and i put my cursor around the entire screen multiple times. When i try to run just the eq2 radar.xu file, it updates and then gives me a button to click called Install. When i click this it says, "Registered. Product or service registered. If XUnleashed is running you will need to restart it for changes to take affect."
Im not sure if somthing is wrong with my registeration, it says that it is locked in the main XUnleashed.
The reason this is confusing me is that in the EQ2 radar release thread all it said I had to do was run EQ2 service and then click on the radar script and that was all I had to do. When i try to run the EQ2 service i get the same registeration message.
