PVP bots?

I saw a player obviously botting in pvp... it seemed somewhat advanced. He was in the large 24 man pvp raid.
When a base was captured, his character would go there and camp it. If any hostile enemy came by he would auto target and start shooting. Does anyone know what he was using?
Edit: To be more specific, a battleground bot.
