Go to Nettlevil Hovel and follow the wall. You will find Verth behind a house next to the Scribe. Talk to him to get the quest. Your job is to pick up a delivery from his brother. You can find his brother Aves at the Mariner Bells.

He gives you some shady beer or whatever that you must bring back to his brother Verth. He tells you not to speak to the guards.

Since you are a GOOD person in Quenos that is of course what you do, speaking to the guards. Talk with Knigth Captain Hastings and he thanks you with a Mediumbag with 8 slots

There is also a 10 slot bag quest that you can get from commons. It drops alot from ORCS.

What happens if you dont talk to the gaurds after getting the shady beer?

if you actualy follow the quest dialog and give it to the brother as instructed, you get like 33cp. Above poster neglected to mention that the guard also gives you close to 2sp in coin, too. You decide which is a better reward Its the only quest I've seen yet that has an alternate ending, or can be completed by NOT following the quest dialog. Wonder how many others there are like this- with better rewards for people who use thier brains instead of blindly following thier journal (for the record- sombody had to tell me about the bag thing- I was one of the people who followed the journal without question, so not insulting anyone else who didn't think to give it to the guards heh).

is this bag no drop? or can i toss it into my shared bank and have 2 for one character? =)

its droppable, but lore- and you can't put lore items in shared bank slot =[

That Bootstrutter's Tour quest also exists for Antonica. The scroll or whatever you need to start it usually drops off gnolls, but I think I got mine originally off of a klicknik mite.
