hi, i am having trouble finding an outfitter volume that contains the reciepe for the Burlap Pattern can anyone help me out?

It's because you can't make it. Ask a craftsman for them.

Or buy a Craftsman essentials volume 10 and scribe it yourself. Yes you can scribe the vol 10 books from all classes.
